Media need stories & they know well to make it

Now a days media watch dogs are going too far to protect country's interests and culture.Don't you think so?Do you think that is because of the true patriotism or respect for culture .I don't know how you look at it .But i must say they are just trying to cash in everything and anything in come in their way.

You must have read about the recent controversy evolved around an AIDS campaign( kissing of shilpa shetty by richard gere).I think it is really absurd and ridiculous.According to the reports shivsena(confined to Maharashtra only) started protests against the actor and actress. But it came to wide attention only after our live TV news channel took up that issue.it is unlike the issue of mandira bedi wearing national flag embedded Saree.

I feel, it was just like another kiss scene they do in films. There was no so called intense passion & sensuality in it. After seeing the picture of the incident i didn't see anything more vulgar than that we see in our films. Indians do like to see 4 or 5 songs in a movie, picturising hero and heroine in wild exotic locations with a back ground music.

Here i have few questions to those protesters

Doyou never watch Hindi movies? most of you watch those movies and clap regularly
Where are you when thousands of theatres playing movies of U or A certificates which includes at least one kissing scene?
Did u ever watch an award function ? there you can see more than that

why did you pick this incident only .i agree that they are public figures but they do have their own life .the only reason i can find is the publicity and profit.if you writing about a public figure people will see or buy it.truly money is the motive.

ash - abhi wedding fotos

these r the sensational private wedding fotos of abhishek bachan and aishwarya rai .these fotos r spreading in the internet as chain mails.considering the 'no journalist' nature of the wedding i guess it was leaked from the camera of one of the guests.anyway enjoy it

the wedding was controversial because of the cheating allegations and suicidal attempt of one co artist who worked with jr.abhi in the film 'DUS'
and because of the absence of bollwood biggies like aamir khan, sharukh khan and salman khan

the new reports shows that the after the marriage the ad market ratings of the couple has raised again.the couple is now worth of 500 million rupees ,that is roughly 50crores.the other super couples are john abraham & bipasha(25 million),salman & katrina and ajay devgun & kajol each at 10 million

te guest list included most of the vvip's of the country even though it was settled a extremely private affair because of the illness & hospitalisation of amitabh's mom (teji bachan).the newly wed couples followed by amitabh and family friend amarsingh(samaj wadi party general secretary & family friend) visited teji bachan at the lelavathi hospital immediately after the marriage.

guest lists were included sachin tendulakar who is living in the same apartment block of aishwarya rai, sanjat dutt ,uday chopra, ajaydevgun& kajol, anil ambani and others

vinoda yatra, big b and chotta mumbai in the lead

in the last vishu season...once again satyan anthikad has proven that his success formula is the best....sweet sentimental..light hearted family movie.film started at a low note and gradually picked up collections like all previous satyan movies.

another feat for mammootty ...this man keeps young at heart by associating himself with all new comers.i think mammotty is the only superstar dares to give chance to new comers(directors).thru this film once again he improves how brilliant he can be in action genre films.film has won appreciation for its different method of presentation.you can say it as one of the best action movie ever produced in malayalam film industry

chotta mumabi another paisa vasool affair from mohanlal.film doesnt have any meaningful stoy but runs superbly well because of mohanlal.a second straight hit from anwar rashid(rajamanikam fame)

Are u still using internet explorer?

if you are still using internet explorer.......then it is the time to change to Firefox.more than 80 percentage of people are still using internet explorer because it comes along with windows operating software.everyone knows bill gates and Microsoft.in a time there was no competition to Microsoft and its windows a group of people developed this and allowed people to download it free of cost. i think u might have heard about the case against Microsoft alleging them to act as monopolist in the operating software and browser market.they sold operating software windows with internet explorer .so everyone is forced to use it

but is that safe ?is that secure ?nothing is secure in this modern world .i dont want to make you depressed .but the truth is always not so pleasing to hear.there were lot of complaints security breach ,phishing, spying and virus attacks.but people never had a better option than internet explorer.

statistics shows....Firefox faired comparatively well against all these problems of internet age.it is a better and faster browser.more than that it is more secure, blocks all types of intrusions(spying, phishing and other security threats).it is more customizable.this work very well with other known anti virus softwares.

i am not saying you to stop using internet explorer.but you can try Firefox....while keeping explorer in your computer .u can use Firefox especially for all banking and online purchasing instances.try different themes(backgrounds),apply new add ons(eg:integrating explorer into Firefox, adding dictionary, adding mp3 player etc)

you can download Firefox alone or as Google pack with few other softwares which are extremely useful for our group purposes.i will tell u to down load as Google pack.even if u have few softwares in the Google pack, don't mind.just go ahead ..u can tell them what softwares u want from the pack.download only those softwares which u want.
so if u can down load them by clicking on the icons on your right

be safe while you are online

its really bad.....

again one committe is going to investigate the facilities in nursing colleges all over the state.one more year .....one committee....every one knows what they are up to......they just want to cool off the agitations from the people.

we need real leaders .......strong politicians who can change the society ........i am not talking about a revolution or some sort of violence .some one should come in power to make things happen easily and fast.our hope will remain as a dream by seeing the present situation .

i never involved in politics .. i dont follow any particular ideology.iam feeling very sad to say ........i lost faith in v.s achuthanandan.........i thought he will bring some changes.i respected politians from different parties like E M S for his brilliance, ADVANI for his strong will, SUSHAMA SWARAJ for her sincerity and achuthanandan for his never die attitude and karunakaran for his love for cader

but now i think achuthanandan is wasting his time by getting into unnecessary issues.he is good at heart but he is not a good administrator is not ruling just managing fights within party

sad ..........poor kerala

one joke

Jim and Mary were both patients in a Mental Hospital. One day while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Jim suddenly jumped into the deep end. He sunk to the bottom & stayed there.Mary promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled Jim out. When the medical director became aware of Mary's heroic act he immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as he now considered her to be mentally stable. When he went to tell Mary the news he said, "Mary, I have good news & bad news. The good news is you're being discharged because since you were able to jump in and save the life of another patient, I think you've regained your senses." The bad news is, Jim, the patient you saved, hung himself with his bathrobe belt in the bathroom. I am so sorry, but he's dead."Mary replied "He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry."

Poor standards of nursing institutions in karnataka

Minimum standard .....a must.
This is very sad to hear..........and same time we should worry about the standards of professionals coming out of such institutions.there should be some strict measures from the side of government and other professional bodies to maintain the minimum standards. They should not allow the proliferation of such privately funded institutions going only to increase the profits of some sections of the community.karnataka ,tamilnadu and andhrapradesh are having hundreds of nursing institutions without any basic facilities stipulated by the respective state nursing councils and INC.still malayalees are going there to study nursing.these institutions are really making a bad image for other well managed institutions in these states. So respective local governments, other nursing institutions in those states and common public should take keen interest to curb these exploitation through INC.

in my last posts i have mentioned about the raising of English language requirements by NMC and Irish nursing councils which came in place due to the few isolated cases of poor performance of Indian and Filipino nurses.

Prof.Dr.Sr.Mary Lucita...........

'our own silu' .......iam borrowing from jose .no one can deny the role she played in our student life.she is a teacher who has immense love for students.........a heart of gold . she never confronted students with ego.....always stood with students in their problem periods.some teachers make a mark among students by their knowledge, some by their teaching style and some by attitudes.

here this teacher makes a difference with pure love.she will conquer you by love .will make an ever lasting impression in your mind even without your knowledge.

i still remember the days when me and jose used to wait to see her outside her office.the reasons were as you assumed ......... like ....for telling a sorry or to request her to rescue us from a mess.we used to stand outside that office at 4pm when she was about to drink her often ice cold evening tea after settling that days work .we will show our beautifully kept faces "thottal chora polum varatha"...

you should watch her response at that time .......within few minutes we used to solve our problems .....sets everything as normal again for one more time.and of course will come out of office with pazam pori/parrippu vada which annie chechi brought for her..........

salute mr.anil kumble

original poster:mangalorean.com/.../temp8/20070330kumble4.jpg
Anil Kumble(36) with his wife Chetana, mother Saroja, daughter Swasti and son Mayas at a press conference where he announced his retirement from One-Day International cricket, at the KSCA in Bangalore

Test wickets :547(113 matches)
ODI wickets:337(271 matches)
one more exceptionally brilliant bowler is going to history.i started this blog only recently that's why i missed few other bowlers who picked my attention in my early days as a ardent cricket lover .i feel to call them as a triad who ruled indian cricket after the magnificently talented our one and only all rounder kapil dev.who are they?srinath, prasad and kumble.the three men army from karnataka.i think they were the bowlers who stand out with mohammad azharuddin in his days in the centre stage.

coming back to Mr.anil kumble, who can forget that night India beat west indies in the final of hero cup.that 6/12 still excites me.i have immense respect for this soft spoken tall engineer who bowled like medium pacer through out his career.

i saw him as a team player with immense confidence and killer instincts.but this man irritated me too at some times with his poor batting skills.

in my opinion ,in the last few years he was overshadowed by harbhajan singh ,otherwise he would have reached 400 mark in one day crickets.the young singh was opted against him considering his firework batting and much better ability to spin the ball.

still he survived against all odds ...........will remain in the history books with his 10 wicket haul against Pakistan

salute to u ........kumble...............salute

i think sachin should retire now

original poster:www.zeenews.com/pics/SPO/sachin280040407br.jpg
don't jump against me........i am writing this not as a jealous opponent of sachin.i like him and i want to see him quoted as a prince who ruled world cricket in 90's.i don't want to see my little brothers and sisters see him as an ageing , out of form and struggling superstar.

few years before i saw one such superstar ........ kapil dev. i still remember those days, when every news paper wrote him off saying him as shadow of real kapil.

if things are going like what happened in history sachin will follow that routes

swaram nannayirikkumbozhae pattu nirthika..........any way he is 34 years old and gained maximum from cricket ....almost all batting records are under his belt

sachin its your turn now

don't think emotionally......use your commonsense man............
