how to make kattan cappee..!!!!
sounds......weird?
don't start reading this with any prejudices,it is as simple and straight forward as the heading means......
How to make good coffee(kattan is preferred over regular milk coffee because of the complexities of water & milk ratios,the time of adding milk and decisions of heating milk and water separately or together etc etc) an...its not that easy as u think.considering my initial few months in the kitchen.
At some times i preferred to sit back with out making it rather than throwing it out in the basin after drinking few sips .Don't laugh girls & boys ,its a painful and heart breaking story a young boy who really wanted to drink tasty coffee and didn't have money to buy it from the shop.Here iam writing these instructions for all those people who still suffers from cooking phobias.
let me come to the point
kattan cappee is tasty when u r preparing it fresh....u can drink it either hot or cold .most people prefer cool/iced black tea over cool coffee(individual preferences)
the instructions are for making two cups of black tea/coffee
steps
1.take kettle with 500 ml of water in it(wash the kettle thoroughly before using it)
2.switch on the electric stove and heat water to the boiling point
3.add 1/2 teaspoon of tea /coffee powder (according to individual preferences...strong/light)into the boiling water and heat for 1 minute( remember... heating for long time after putting tea/coffee powder can make a bad taste,so don't heat for more than one minute)
4.add sugar (again according to individual taste....and if u r a diabetic simply avoid adding sugars or u can use artificial sugars
5 pour it your favourite cup and have it

how to add profile fotos
To add or change ur profile foto u need to edit ur blogger profile(blogger and Google are different sites so they have separate profiles)
u can reach to ur profiles in different ways[u can click ur name in the members list(after logging in) to get ur profile if u r already a member] ,here we r explaining for a new comer....
so steps are
1. go to our sme99angamaly blog home page
2. sign in using ur google account
3. click edit profile in ur DASH BOARD
steps 1,2 3 are explaine well in the post HOW TO WRITE A POST.... pls check it.
the profile page will look like this

in this part u can see "display name" option....type ur preferred display name (use ur first name to help others to recognise u,add ur last name if ur name is so common).Below that u can see "photo URL"......here u need a photo URL ....U CANT UPLOAD A FOTO IN UR COMPUTR TO BLOGGER UNLIKE GOOGLE.
so u will have to upload ur foto to a free server like google groups or google pages.here u can upload ur foto tou our sme99angamaly google group for getting the photo URL.
CLICK sme99angamaly / rough work group to Upload foto.(after uploading,click on the foto u uploaded and copy the URL coming in the search bar of the window showing foto)
search bar space is that space of window where u r typing words to do a search)
remember : foto size should be less than or equal to 500kb( 640 x 480)...that is "message board size"
remember: if u r using the URL from sme99angamaly grp ,the foto in ur bloger profile will be watchable to only members of sme99angamaly grp.to upload foto to rough work grp just add urself as a member to that grp.

HOW TO WRITE A POST(the pictures given below can be zoomed by using right click ,on right click it will give a menu ,select zoom)
hi .......i hope that every one knows how to reach to our blog, our blog can be accessed by following URL (Uniform resource locator OR simply" internet address of our blog ") http://sme99angamaly.blogspot.com/
when you are clicking the above URL you will reach to our home page/first page which is shown below
NB: look at the right hand side upper corner...there you can see - create blog/sign in -
CLICK ....... SIGN IN
THEN it will lead you to blogger home page....which is shown below
NB: LOOK at the right hand side upper corner ....
SIGN IN USING YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT[type ur full gmail address(eg: inasu123@gmail.com)]
after signing in u can see ur blogger account "DASHBOARD".It will look like the one below
NB:In the DASH BOARD u can see the
number of blogs in ur account,
options like "create blog,view blog,new post(administrator accounts will have manage options like seetings,layout,posts)
on the right hand side u can see
options like "EDIT PROFILE/VIEW PROFILE" (check "How to add profile foto" for adding ur foto in blogger profile
CLICK CREATE NEW POST
Then u will get a page to write whatever u wants (just like u write email).that page will look like the one given below
NB : look
title space( write ur post title there.....u must post with a title)
link field (if u adding a news/movie clip/or any content from other websites....u can give them the credit for the content by providing that content URL in this space)
labels for this post(we are categorizing a particular post by this function,u can check already available labels in our blog....this will help to restrict the no: labels,unless it is required)
After writing the post u can CLICK TO PUBLISH POST
CONGRATS .......U CREATED UR FIRST POST SUCCESSFULLY

Its a humble request
Some of you might have noticed that since few days our blog was not opening in the internet explorer.It was because of a small error in the template we were using that time.After a marathon 16 hrs work i fixed it.Am sure that it was an easier job for some who knows it inside out.Still my back is aching .......sitting for so long.
During that period our blog was working perfectly in the fire fox browser,i wrote one day about the benefits of using Firefox.if u have not seen it please go check older posts and make yourself updated on this issue.Any way here i am not talking about those benefits again
i really wish, if you could use firefox for opening our blog.Beacuse most of the new widgets(applications ) we are using /going to use in future are more compatible with firefox.I feel internet explorer is still lagging in adjusting with those applications.In the last few days ,if you had Firefox u could have easily accessed our blog through it.As our blog grows in number of applications,members and posts its hard to change our platform at least for me .
so please download fire fox and install it in your computer ,so that in case something happens in future u will not out of contact.you can easily download file by clicking the icon on ur right side bar.its only few MB'S......ONLY few minutes

Tamil cinema marichu kodirikkunnu,iniyaara?
who is next to uphold the values of tamil cinema known for malayalees........every one in new generation is different with more common sense,ideas and talents.they think more logically and comes with beautiful scripts.then who will keep that legacy ....rejanikanth is there ......but how long ?he is too old now may b 4 another few years ...later?people should sit and think about it.do they really want to loose that unbelievable skills once made tamil cinema a talk for laugh.who can do that all great "catching cigarette numbers","killing 2 people with one bullet","running faster than train","killing villain with the same bullet/bomb which he throws at hero",,,the list of skills r endless
at present except rejani only this guy can do all these ,but he is too getting older and not popular like rejani,so we cant expect him to be there in the top for long.ha at least for now we can depend him to do work to prevent tamil cinema from extinction
