how to make kattan cappee..!!!!
sounds......weird?
don't start reading this with any prejudices,it is as simple and straight forward as the heading means......
How to make good coffee(kattan is preferred over regular milk coffee because of the complexities of water & milk ratios, the time of adding milk and decisions of heating milk and water separately or together etc etc) an...its not that easy as u think.considering my initial few months in the kitchen.
At some times i preferred to sit back with out making it rather than throwing it out in the basin after drinking few sips .Don't laugh girls & boys ,its a painful and heart breaking story a young boy who really wanted to drink tasty coffee and didn't have money to buy it from the shop. Here iam writing these instructions for all those people who still suffers from cooking phobias.
let me come to the point
kattan cappee is tasty when u r preparing it fresh....u can drink it either hot or cold .most people prefer cool/iced black tea over cool coffee(individual preferences)
the instructions are for making two cups of black tea/coffee
steps
1.take kettle with 500 ml of water in it(wash the kettle thoroughly before using it)
2.switch on the electric stove and heat water to the boiling point
3.add 1/2 teaspoon of tea /coffee powder (according to individual preferences...strong/light)into the boiling water and heat for 1 minute( remember... heating for long time after putting tea/coffee powder can make a bad taste,so don't heat for more than one minute)
4.add sugar (again according to individual taste....and if u r a diabetic simply avoid adding sugars or u can use artificial sugars
5 pour it your favourite cup and have it
some forms of cool teas are
Cool Breeze
A blend of black teas, Mint leaves,
Lemon Peel, Stevia
Natural flavors
Tropical Sunrise
A blend of black teas flavored
with Orange,Mango and Banana,Stevia. Natural flavors
Summer Mist
A blend of black teas, Star Anise, Mint Leaves,Natural flavors
Calypso
Black tea flavored with
Coconut,Pineapple,Stevia,
Natural flavors
Cool Cubes
Melting ice cubes dilute the flavor of tea.
Make your iced tea flavor last with Cool Cubes
Steep your favorite Cool Tea. Use 4-6 tea spoons
of tea per 6 oz. of water..
Cool it down, pour into ice cube trays, freeze
The Fizz - Pour seltzer water over Cool Cubes
there are so many health/beauty benefits if u r drinking black tea and coffee .interestingly there so many different varieties of teas and coffees are available
at the same time u can improve ur knowledge about various types of teas and coffees at
and at different types of teas

cooking is horrible if you dont know anything... but enjoyable if your partner or flatmate know this...for me , i enjoy cooking.. realy interested in making new items....but still i prefer my partner SHOULD knows cooking because i know that cooking known as NALAPAJAKAM .......
mone, vellepozhum adukalayil keranam. ennale kappi undakkan padikkan pattu'ollu.Ninte recipie aadipoli.
hey you can make it a little more rich not kattan though....you try adding some milk and a small spoonful of condensed milk and some sugar into the kattan, mostly you wont need sugar coz condensed milk already has it.and drink it warm...you will enjoy a pakka home made nescafe. but if you are really a kattan craver you can add some fresh punched lime juice then it will be a sulaimani...or a lime tea dont forget to add sugar.
its not any rocket science inas you will be having a microwave oven there...so take microwavable coffee mug add half (or quarter or what ever your taste is like)milk and half water keep and if for tea put the tea bag into it , set the microwave for 2 minutes once its done take it out add sugar , dont forget to discard the tea bag, if you need more strong tea just strain the tea bag and thats it... tea is ready in 2 minutes...and for coffee boil the milk , water, whatever for 2 minutes take out add instant coffee powder and sugar there your coffee is ready.its that easy...
nbhaa haa haaa what wonder?
